 There was something in the air this past weekend in Montreal. The smell of cheese and gravy. Mmmm poutine!
Poutine never tasted any better as Jetstart finished 1st place in A Division Final and was crowned Champions in the Premier Division at the Montreal Dragon Boat Festival. Adding to the outstanding performance, Jetstart also captured silver in the 250m Race! Another highlight of the event was the Best of the Fest 100m Race which pitted Jetstart's Mixed crew against the festival's Top 5 Mens crews. It was a wild race that ended with Jetstart finishing 4th and DCH's boat capsizing due to interference from Les Brutes. Jetstart put on an amazing performance in Sudbury capturing 2nd place in A Division Final with an incredible time of 1:59. The team faced unpredictable weather conditions but fought hard together for a well deserved podium finish. Congrats crew!
